About us
At Soare-n Maramureș, peace and rest roam freely. In places where every moment finds its purpose, magic happens: teamwork strengthens, the members are more efficient, and communication thrives. Have an original teambuilding and offer your team an authentic Romanian experience.
There is no greater pleasure for us than hosting people. It is our chance to offer them natural, organic food and to show them the best of Maramureș by taking them hiking, visiting the village of Budești and engaging in social gatherings with the villagers.

Our pension offers 4 daisies accommodation with the maximum capacity of 28 people. The access to the jacuzzi and the traditional vat is included in the packages. The best recipes from Maramureș come with homemade bread, cheese from our sheep stable, pork from the villagers and fresh seasonal vegetables from our garden. We also offer natural homemade drinks and alcoholic drinks including white/red/rosé wine, beer and traditional homemade drinks, Romanian plum liquor, cherry and others. The program is flexible and adaptable to your specific needs.
Activities
Outside activities
Enjoy the fresh mountain air around the campfire. You can visit and feed animals in their natural habitat or even milk our gentle cows. The strong ones can test their muscle strength at wood chopping and the creative ones can visit the craftsmen of the village. Together, we can visit the equitation center.
Indoor activities
You can have fun and relaxing times indoors as well. We organize competitions in darts, tables, check, cards or rummy, and we celebrate the winners with a bottle of authentic Romanian liquor. In the comfort of the house you can also bake bread or traditional sweet bread.
Hiking
Those eager for adventure can hike up the Gutâi Mountains towards the Rooster’s Crest or can enjoy warm tea and homemade syrup in the nature. In Breb, you can experience life at the sheep stable, go for a ride in the carriage or visit the village’s old church.
